Can you take up the challenge of proving your mettle at engineering aptitude, management skills and entrepreneurship? Ideas Inc. is launching operations in India. It has been approached by promoters of projects catering to various fields involving technology, business, administration and entrepreneurship. For this, the company calls upon the young talent of India to share its challenges of helping realize these dream projects effectively.

Come and join the league by handing in your solution quote to the problem statement of the company. On the big day, the best three solution statements get an opportunity to present their proposed solution in a Board Meeting before the Board of Directors!

There’s more to it... if your team is short listed, you get a straight share holding of 10% in the public holdings of Ideas Inc.! The Directors together have 60% of the shares. They are all willing to offer you their shares if you can convince them that your solution is the best.

Prove yourself as the best, earn the rest of the shares from them, and take home a prize proportional to your percentage of shares!

Format

Based on the problem statement, you have to send us a proposal quote by email, before the deadline specified under Rules. Once evaluated, four teams will be shortlisted to present their proposal in front of the Board of Directors. Detailed discussions will take place, at the discretion of the board.

• A team may consist of a maximum of 3 members.
• Solution quotes once submitted will not be permitted to be changed.
• The solutions should be sent to the email ID mentioned here, latest by 2359 hours, 28th February 2010. Do not forget to mention your names, contact details and Conscientia 2010 Registration IDs.

Judgement and Evaluation

The entries in the preliminary stage will be evaluated by a Board of Directors. The finalists will then have to present their solution to the same panel. The decision of the board/organisers will be final and binding under all circumstances.
