Format

Based on the electronic circuit designing and debugging, this event comprises of two stages.

Elimination Round
This will be a written round, which will require the participants to answer a set 15 questions pertaining to circuitry and basics of electronics.
Duration: 60 minutes.

Final Round
This round will have 3 questions, one each from analog circuitry, digital circuitry and circuit debugging. Duration: 90 minutes (with an additional 30 minutes given to teams who have answered at least one question correctly within the first 90 minutes.
Further registrations, if any, will take place on the spot.

Rules and Regulations

• A team may consist of a maximum of 2 members.
• The use of programming is strictly not allowed.
• The use of GPRS and cell phones is not allowed.
• For the finals, only given circuit elements can be used. No personal circuit elements may be used. Any team found violating this rule will be instantly disqualified.
• Some basic instructions for the use of a bread board will be given before the finals.

Eligibility
Open to all college students with valid ID cards.

Judgement and Evaluation

Elimination Round
Based on marks scored (marks allotted will be mentioned for each question).

Finals
Judging criteria are

• No. of questions correctly solved.
• Time taken to solve the questions
• Least number of elements used

The decision of the judges will be final and binding under all circumstances.
